This 15oz denim is slowly woven on vintage shuttle looms using a combination of yarns: the warp consists of rope-dyed indigo yarn (equivalent to count #5) with a pronounced slubby texture, while the weft uses a darker indigo yarn (count #8) dyed via a different method.
